Pre-Marketing - Property that will be listed for sale soon. Please do not send offers on these properties.
Accepting Offers - The property is in status ER in the MLS and may or may not have an offer on it. See column # of Offers for more information.
Multiple Offers - Their are multiple offers on the property that have been submitted to the bank.
Highest & Best, - Multiple offers have been submitted to the seller and the seller has decided to counter all offers, requesting that each offer submit the highest purchase price they are willing to pay with the best terms that they can meet. New offers received durring this stage will be submitted to the seller, however, new offers should submit the best offer as they are competing against other offers.
Offer Pending - We have an accepted offer through the sellers website or representative and waiting on finalization of signatures on addendums or contracts before we can open escrow.
All offers are submitted as they arrive in our office in the order they are received.
